This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the information, data collection, and other privacy practices our website currently located at www.enochbrothers.com (the "Site") we collect about you and explains how we handle and may share or disclose it to third-parties. It also describes how you may control certain uses of your information. This Policy covers information that we collect about you online and information that we may collect offline and add to your online profile. By visiting the Site, you are consenting to the practices described in the current version of this privacy policy. How We Share Your Information
We may share the information we collect from and about you in the following ways:
- Service Providers: We engage other companies and individuals to perform certain services and functions on our behalf. Examples include operating and maintaining our Site, taking orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing consultation and assistance, distributing customer surveys, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These companies have access to personal information needed to perform their services or functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
- Legal matters: We may release information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or in response to a governmental request, to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of First Lite, our customers, our employees or other third parties.
- Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing privacy policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the event that First Lite, LLC or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will likely be one of the transferred assets.
- Sharing: Within The MeatEater, Inc. Family Of Companies: We collaborate within the MeatEater, Inc. family of companies to optimize communications and promotions. This involves sharing information about browsing and purchasing behavior across MeatEater, Inc. websites and targeting promotions and communications accordingly. We may share your information with other reputable companies, and they may email you information about products of potential interest. If we share your information with third-parties as described in this Privacy Policy, the information received by those third-parties becomes subject to their respective privacy policies and procedures.
Online Tracking and Advertising
Certain parts of our website require the use of tracking technologies, such as cookies and web beacons. You are free to adjust your browser or operating system to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies; however, by doing so, you may not be able to use our website.
We may collect your email address via cookies and pixels on the Site through the use of trusted third party partners. These partners may combine your email information with other information they have access to, such as mailing address, so that we may serve relevant marketing offers to you via direct mail. If you do not want us to collect information about you, please contact us to opt out at allison@enochbrothers.com.
Our system does not respond to Do Not Track requests or headers from some or all browsers. Changing your online tracking or advertising preferences in your browser or operating system will not impact the collection, use, or sharing of your information by First Lite. We respond to a different online signal called the Global Privacy Control.
Children’s Privacy
You must be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by law in your jurisdiction) to use our website, create an account, or order from us. Our website is not intended to be used by children without the direct involvement and express approval of a parent or guardian who already has an account with us.
California Residents
This section applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“CA Consumers”) and is presented in compliance with the California state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020(CCPA). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice. References to “you” and “yours” in this Notice are directed to CA Consumers only.
We do not share Personal Information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your consent. California residents under 18 years old, in certain circumstances, may request and obtain removal of Personal Information or content about you and posted on our Sites. Please be mindful that this would not ensure complete removal of the content posted on our Sites by you.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act or CCPA, and subject to exceptions, California residents have certain rights regarding their data, including:

- The right to opt out of having your Personal Information sold. MeatEater does not sell your personal information. However, we support the CCPA by allowing California residents to opt out of any future sale of their Personal Information to third parties, as we understand that term to be defined by the CCPA and its implementing regulations.
- The right to limit disclosure of sensitive personal information, but know that we don’t use your sensitive Personal Information (if at all) in a manner subject to that right.
California residents also have the right to not be discriminated against if they choose to exercise their privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights and we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you with a lesser quality of goods or services if you exercise any of those rights.

Exercising Your California Rights:
To submit a request, please email allison@enochbrothers.com and use the subject line “California Consumer Privacy Act Request.”
In order to verify requests and the information in it, you must provide, at a minimum, your name and an email address and respond to a confirmation email that will be sent to that address. We may ask that you provide a photo of an official government issued ID.
Only you, or a designated authorized agent (someone legally authorized to act on your behalf and with written permission), may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information.
Sales of Personal Information / Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information with third parties for monetary consideration. However, you have the right to opt out of any future sale of your Personal Information by filling out the form available here: Do Not Sell My Personal Information.
We may share your email address with our trusted third party partners. These partners may combine your email address with other information they have access to so that we may serve relevant marketing offers to you. You have the right to opt-out of this sharing of your information. We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age.

How to Remove your Name from our Mailing, Sharing or Email List and Opt-Out of Promotional Mailings or Mobile Messaging
To remove your name from our mailing, sharing, or email list, you may send an email to allison@enochbrothers.com. “Delete Account” must appear in the subject of the email.
For text messages, reply to any text message with the word “STOP”, or follow the instructions provided in text messages from us. You may also send an email to allison@enochbrothers.com with your request.
